The design of St. Margaret\u2019s Church<\/strong> (St. Margaret\u2019s Church<\/em>is a work of Baroque style with a solid and austere structure, having been originally constructed around 1726<\/strong> to house the community of Augustinian nuns. Situated on one of the strategic elevations of Cospicua<\/strong> , this church and its annexed monastery were erected as a center for contemplative life and prayer.
